It is an opportunity to celebrate wins, share stories, and say thanks! The recognition program is now live and accessible to all employees.
Some examples of reasons to award a Berg Bravo could be:
1. Going above and beyond on a project.
2. Accomplishing a project goal.
3. Preventing an accident or injury.
4. Accomplishing a team goal.
5. Implementing an improved process or work method to save time, prevent injury or save project dollars.
Berg Bravo QR code hard hat stickers will be distributed nationwide over the next week. Giving a Bravo is a easy as 1. Scanning the QR code on the hard hat sticker with your phone or smart device. 2. Enter your information for the Bravo awardee. 3. Hit submit.
