Next week is The Berg Group safety week! There are a few things you need to know to be prepared.
MINNESOTA WORKERS ONLY: You will be coming to Berg HQ on Friday, 09 Sep. from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM for in-person safety training
ALL OTHER BERG EMPLOYEES: You will be participating in four remote training sessions, one for each day of the week. These trainings will be accessed via an internet link that will be sent to you. At the end of each training session there will be a section where you MUST sign your name to prove you completed the training, this is also how you will be entered in drawings to win prizes, so don’t miss it! Each training session will be roughly 10-15 minutes and each will cover a specific training topic, they conclude with a short multiple choice/true or false quiz. You will be getting an extra 15 minutes per day of break time, this will be used to complete the daily training requirement. Employees that are comfortable completing the training at home, are able to do so.
FOR SPANISH TRANSLATION: There is an option to switch the training courses to Spanish within the course, see attached photo for location.
If you have any issues accessing/using the training, all tech related issues and questions are to be sent through tech support.
The Berg IT department has multiple ways for you to submit a technical support ticket which include:
- Call or text the technical support number (952) 373-1615. From 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST M-F.
- If your call is not answered, please leave a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible.
- The technical support number is monitored after-hours and over the weekends. However, please expect a slower response time.
- A phone call is the preferred method of communication for emergencies.
