Hello Team,
Next week is, Berg Group Safety Week! We will have 4 morning toolbox talks starting Monday 10/7/24 and ending on Thursday 10/10/24. We will also have several project specific trainings throughout the country, that will include, safety incentive raffles and a meal to celebrate our teams safety success in 2024. This year our Safety slogan for the week is “B SAFE 2024”. Our slogan is simple in title but, mirrors four important items we need to review daily prior to starting any task:
1. Do I have the training/understanding required to do my job?
2. Do I have the proper tools, PPE, and instruction to do my job?
3. Do I understand that “Stopping work” is an option if I feel unsafe?
4. Do I know what to do in the event of an emergency?
If you answer “No” to any of these questions please reach out to a member of your site specific safety team, foreman or Superintendent. Our team members are truly the foundation of our business and we understand financial success and growth cannot happen if each of you do not go home the same way each night, as you arrived on-site each morning.
Next week, lets celebrate our safety accomplishments in 2024 and commit to “B SAFE 2024”

Instructions:
A. If you are completing the training as an individual, simply enter your name and what project/employee designation you fall under, take a picture of yourself (if you like) and review the toolbox talk. Once finished, click the green complete button at the bottom of the screen. Follow the same steps on day 2, 3 and 4.
B. If you are completing the training for a site or several employees. Type in your name and the project you are located. Take a screen shot of the toolbox sign in sheet with employee names and review the training. Once finished, click the green complete button at the bottom of the screen. Follow the same steps on day 2, 3 and 4.
