The operator shall:

  1. a) maintain a clear view of the area continuously in the direction of movement, including above and below the work platform, maintain an adequate clearance distance from hazards and avoid any distractions;

HAZARD: Employee is exposed to struck by/caught between hazards.

ABATEMENT: Operator MUST maintain a clear view of the area continuously in the direction of movement.
