6.5 Work Place Inspection
Before and during the use of the MEWP, the user shall ensure and the operator shall perform a workplace inspection in the area in which the MEWP is used shall be checked for possible hazards, such as but not limited to:
- a) drop-offs or holes, including those concealed by water, ice, mud, etc.;
HAZARD: Employee is exposed to operational (MEWPS) hazards.
ABATEMENT: User MUST ensure that the operator performs a workplace inspection and check for possible hazards such as drop-offs or holes.
